• Alexandria & Delta: 3–4 business days

يمكن فتح ومعاينة الشحنة قبل الاستلام. في حالة عدم الاستلام يتم دفع الشحن
لا يوجد استرجاع أو استبدال بعد مغادرة المندوب
الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم في حالة عيوب الصناعة فقط

ويجب إرسال صورة العيب خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام

You may open and inspect the package before receiving it.
No returns or refunds after the courier leaves.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for manufacturing defects only.
A photo of the defect must be sent within 48 hours of delivery.
